Dr Theresa Lamagni

Dr Theresa Lamagni is Head of the Gram Positive Section in the Antimicrobial Resistance & Healthcare-Associated Infection Division of the UK Health Security Agency and designated epidemiologist for the WHO Collaborating Centre for Streptococcal Diseases.

As an internationally renowned streptococcal researcher and strategic lead for surveillance of streptococcal diseases in England, she has made significant contribution to the development of an evidence base to inform disease prevention programmes worldwide.
